Chelmer Surgical Supply Ltd is a company dedicated to the manufacture of neurosurgical patties. Experience gained over 30 years with Macarthy Surgical Ltd & later with Baxter Healthcare helped in forming a good base & understanding of the product & it’s customer requirements. Starting in 1991 at it’s first site situated within Black Notley Hospital, Chelmer Surgical Supply Ltd moved to it’s new & present site in September 1995 with the express purpose to produce it’s product in the best possible environment & to the required standards.
Neurosurgical patties are manufactured in an environment fitting the production. All critical operations are completed by fully trained staff within a clean room originally built, operated & maintained to BS5295 (1989) class K. Monitoring is now to BS EN ISO 14644-1:2015 and Class 8 in accordance with BS EN ISO 14644-1.
